- Each group will maintain a contact list of members. The current list is our groups phone/email list
- Attendees not on the list will be asked for to add their name and number to a sign up sheet to be added to the phone list
- If a member tests positive and contact tracing is required, the group will notify everyone on the list of a positive case so that individuals can make contact with their healthcare professional. (The group will NOT provide an attendee list or phone list to the church or to health officials)
- These methods are recommended by A.A. to maintain anonymity.
- Coffee and food will NOT be provided by the groups.
- Members can bring their own drinks.
- Members will sit every other seat to maintain social distancing.
- No more than Half of the capacity of Owen Hall will be allowed in as a maximum capacity.
- There will be no holding of hands at the closing.
- Non-vaccinated attendees must wear masks.
- All surfaces will be wiped down after meetings.
- We will provide hand Sanitizer for all meetings.
- There will be no shared materials during meetings (i.e. no shared literature)
